Don’t Call Me A User

At Trade Me we stumbled into calling people who used our software “members” who were part of the “community” of buyers and sellers. Unfortunately not every product has such a tidy alternative, but it’s worth taking the time to think about the labels we use within our product teams to describe the people who will eventually use what we’re making - hopefully to do great things.
